No cancellations or changes to the order can be made once the order is placed.
I entered the incorrect shipping information. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping details please e-mail us ASAP at orders[at]annarosen.com with your name, order number, and the correct shipping details.
Can I buy the top and the bottom separately?
No, our two-piece swimsuits are sold by set with a top and bottom of the same size and design.
How do I know which size will fit me best?

If the product does not fit or if I do not like it, can I return it?
Yes, regularly priced (non-sale) items in original condition and packaging can be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item. We also offer exchanges. Please go to https://www.annarosen.com/shipping-policy/ for more information about our return and exchange policies.
What is the deadline for an exchange?
You have 14 days from your original purchase date to notify us of your return request by emailing orders[at]annarosen.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on where to send your swimsuit. Then, you have 7 days after we send you the address of return to post your return item back to us. Am I responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged merchandise?
The return cost of the exchanged product will be at the customer’s expense, but Anna Rosen will cover the shipping cost of the new item (standard shipping). Please go to https://www.annarosen.com/shipping-policy/ for more information about our shipping & return policies.
Can I return sale items?
No, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you send a sale item back to us for a return, it will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your charge.
Am I responsible for shipping costs in case of return or exchange?
For a return, you will be refunded for the cost of the return item minus shipping cost.
For an exchange, you will be refunded in full for the cost of the return item, as well as the cost of standard shipping (6€). In the event of an additional return, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
For any return or exchange, the shipping cost of the return item will apply to you.

I received the wrong product. What do I do now?
In the event that we process your order incorrectly, e-mail us at orders[at]annarosen.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and we’ll get back to you with the instructions on where to send your swimsuit for a replacement. Please note that only unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.), and unused merchandise will be replaced.
I received a damaged or defective product, what do I do now?
All items are inspected during manufacturing and before shipment to the customer. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it. E-mail us at orders[at]annarosen.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and we’ll get back to you with instructions on where to send the swimsuit for a replacement. Note that we do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third-party retailers or merchandise that has been worn.
How do I care for my product?
Please handle with love and follow these care instructions:
- Avoid rough surfaces
- Rinse with cold water after wearing
- Hand wash (with a light detergent if necessary)
- Do not bleach
- Line dry in the shade
