Anna Rosen offers standard and express shipping worldwide:

Shipment Notification & Tracking:
The customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
If the customer cannot be reached and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is accurate and to pick up the package on time, according to the policy of the post office.
Orders placed between Sunday and Wednesday will be processed and shipped on the following day, excluding holidays. Orders placed between Thursday and Saturday will be processed and shipped on Sunday, excluding holidays.
Items in your order may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is thus responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:
- Duties: The amount charged by the country for an individual item
- Freight: Transportation costs incurred by the carrier
- Insurance: The amount for insuring the package
- Taxes: The Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
- Brokerage: The amount charged by the broker to clear customs
- Disbursement: The amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
- Other fee(s): The transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to Anna Rosen.
Damaged Products & Shipping Errors:
All items are inspected during manufacturing and before shipment.
In the event that we process your order incorrectly, we will gladly replace it. E-mail orders[at]annarosen.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and we will get back to you with instructions on where to send the item for a replacement.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third-party retailers or for merchandise that has been worn.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund by following these steps:
- E-mail your return request to orders[at]annarosen.com within 14 days of the original purchase date, and we will reply to you with instructions on where to send your swimsuit.
- Post your return item back to us — with a tracking number — within 7 days after we send you the address of return. Please keep this tracking number until we confirm that we have received your return item.
- Fill out the return form and send it back to us along with your return item. Please click here to download the form.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the return item minus shipping cost and send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Once we receive the return item, please allow approximately 7 days for the return to be processed.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including the pouch that you received your swimsuit in. Only unwashed, unworn (no deodorant, perfume, makeup stains, etc.), and unused items can be returned. Items returned to us in an unsellable condition will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your charge.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. If you send a sale item back to us, it will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your charge.
If you would like to exchange an item, you must place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Then you must return your original purchase by following the steps listed above. Please be sure to write your new order number on the return form.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the return item and send you a confirmation email.
For the first exchange, we will also process a refund for the cost of standard shipping (6€/$7). In the event of an additional exchange, all shipping charges will apply to the customer.
For any return or exchange, the shipping cost of the return item will be at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that import fees are never refundable.

Anna Rosen attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site is accurate. In addition, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you receive a product that is not as described, you may return it in its original condition. Please see our return policy. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is not available when your order is processed we will notify you by email.
Despite our best efforts, items on our Site may occasionally be mispriced. Anna Rosen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Anna Rosen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Anna Rosen shall promptly credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
